Today I woke up 20 minutes before I went live. No coffee. Still half asleep. Not gonna lie — I actually had to watch the replay all the way through afterward just to remember what happened.

Here's what I know: there was lots of play fleshing out a few more languishing spreads, I had some good conversations with a few of you along the way, and it all wrapped up with a round of moth stickers.

Sometimes you show up half-conscious and the session still delivers. That's kind of the beauty of building the habit — it doesn't require you to be fully "on" to still be worth doing.
